With login rights Owners will be able to log into their Kigo Owner account , access calendars of his properties and make reservations.
In Owners, Edit the owner you need to send the login rights to.
Click on the button Send login rights.
The owner will now receive an email inviting him to choose a username and password for his Kigo Owner account.

How do you resend the login rights if the owner lost the info?

It is not possible to resend the login details.
In stead we suggest the owner goes to the login page and clicks on the forgot password link.
You may also login as the owner and change userdata as well as password.
This can be done by going to Kigo » Owners » Click on "Login" » Click on the owners name (top right) » Click on tab "Password"

Hi Markus, is there a possibility to restrict owner's updates to their own bookings and information? I am afraid that they might unintentionally delete or modify information that we have entered. Thanks and best, Patricia

There are currently no limitations for the properties created by owners.
