Managing inquiries


 

Inquiries gives an overview of the reservation inquiries.

Manage one by clicking on Edit. In the first tab view Reservation and guest details.

Then view Payment details from either Guest to Agency or Guest to Owner.

Send auto-filled Emails to the guest through Kigo.

4.jpg

Either:

  • Confirm it’s available and send rental offer (dates, price, payment instructions)
  • If not available, send rental offer on alternative properties

If you don’t have access to the availability calendar, check with the owner by Kigo email.
